The only thing that would be more amazing and deadly emotional than Rory being the Master would be if something terrible happened to Amy and it made Rory go darkside all on his own and become a recurring villain on the show for the rest of his days. Not as the Master but just as Rory Williams.
And then one day in one episode 50 years from now (maybe for the 100th Anniversary special), he’ll reconcile with the Doctor on his deathbed and save the day and then die to go be with Amy forever and ever. And we’ll all be in our nursing homes crying.
but wouldn’t all the stuff about the TARDIS and regeneration and being a Time Lord cause Rory to start remembering, like Derek Jacobi’s Master??
